  • Carpenters can get the job done fast and to your satisfaction. You also want someone who will guarantee their work and is licensed and insured for your protection.
  • Carpenters have the experience and skill to handle any job. • Carpenters keep up to date on the latest trends in their profession. As licensed professionals, carpenters keep abreast of the latest developments in their trade.  They take pride in their work and continually stay current on new tools and equipment as well as advanced techniques in carpentry.  This guarantees that you will receive the most up to date service available when you hire a certified Anniston AL carpenter.
  • Carpenters develop long term relationships with their customers. It may seem like an intangible benefit, but once you find a professional licensed carpenter that you trust, it only takes one phone call to address all of your carpentry needs.  You will be in the company’s system for contact information as well as any previous services performed, and you will receive priority treatment as a valued customer.  No need to find someone new the next time a stair railing needs replacement or a door needs to be framed and hung.  And since you are in their data base you will receive any special promotions or incentives whenever they are made available to their Anniston AL customers.

Need a Carpenter in Anniston Alabama?

If you live in Anniston AL and are in need of affordable carpentry services, following is some interesting and perhaps useful information about your hometown.

Anniston, Alabama

Anniston is the county seat of Calhoun County in Alabama and is one of two urban centers/principal cities of and included in the Anniston-Oxford Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2010 census, the population of the city was 23,106.[4] According to 2013 Census estimates, the city had a population of 22,666.[2]

Though the surrounding area was settled much earlier, the mineral resources in the area of Anniston were not exploited until the Civil War. The Confederate States of America then operated an iron furnace near present-day downtown Anniston, until it was finally destroyed by raiding Union cavalry in early 1865. Later, cast iron for sewer systems became the focus of Anniston's industrial output. Cast iron pipe, also called soil pipe, was popular until the advent of plastic pipe in the 1960s.[citation needed]

In 1872, the Woodstock Iron Company, organized by Samuel Noble and Union Gen. Daniel Tyler, rebuilt the furnace on a much larger scale,[6] and started a planned community named Woodstock, soon renamed "Annie's Town" for Annie Scott Tyler, Daniel's daughter and wife of railroad president Alfred L. Tyler. Anniston was chartered as a town in 1873.[7]
